B.J. "Johan" Rosenberg

Johan Rosenberg is the Chief Revenue Office at HedgeStar and the General Partner of the Tril 1 LP, a holding company which owns a number of companies including Blue Rose Capital Advisors and HedgeStar. In addition to company management, Johan provides advice on capital markets transactions, the execution of public private partnerships, and the accounting and legal proceedings of complex financial instruments.

 

Education

Johan holds a master of business administration degree with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Saint Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota.  Johan passed the MSRB Series 50 Examination to become a qualified municipal advisor representative. He also earned a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
