As senior manager, Joe Nadjar brings over two decades of experience in financial services with deep expertise across front, middle, and back-office processes. He is highly knowledgeable in derivatives, hedging strategies, valuations, cash management, and regulatory compliance, including ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Throughout his career, Joe has consistently worked in client-facing roles, partnering with leading banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and corporate treasury teams. He is adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from analysts to the C-suite.

Prior to joining HedgeStar, Joe served as Director at Performance Trust, Director of Balance Sheet Management at Citi, and Senior Manager at Hedgetrackers, where he supported institutions on balance sheet strategy, interest rate risk management, and derivative valuation and accounting.
